However you like to cook, you'll usually need to add a little bit of oil. The healthiest cooking oils you can use are olive oil and coconut oil, which we have in handy jars all the way up to giant 1 litre bottles. Or for something different, why not try flaxseed oil which will add some healthy real flavours to your salads and other cold dishes.

For a bit of tangy flavour, you can't go passed our organic vinegars - red wine, white wine, balsamic or the super healthy apple cider vinegar. Add them to cooking, splash them on salads and use them as dips for bread with oils. And most importantly, use them to drown your chips! Plus don't forget you can use your oils and vinegars outside the kitchen too. Olive oil and coconut oil are great on dry cracked elbows and knees or try some apple cider vinegar on your next bug bite.
