It’s in over half of every processed food you can think of, like chocolate, chips, bread, biscuits, ice-cream, margarine, and many more. Palm Oil is also used in personal care and cleaning products, mainly going under the name of Sodium Laureth Sulphite or Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS).
