Where we ship?
Wholesome Hub ships Australia wide and now offers International shipping. If you are importing goods into another country, it is your responsibility to be aware that your import regulations and that your goods may attract charges or be delayed by a boarder inspection.  These and any other charges are your responsibility.  To learn about possible restrictions or prohibited goods that your country has please check here on Australia Post International User Guide.

At Wholesome Hub we're happy to ship your order to you freight free if your order is valued at $150.00 or more. Please note Free Freight Shipping is not available in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offer, and does not include shipping to a Post Office Box.

Wholesome Hub’s free freight offer is available to mainland Australian destinations only. Delivery will take between 1 – 10 days depending on the courier or postage service Wholesome Hub has chosen to use. We also reserve the right to choose an alternative shipping service to what was selected during the order process at no extra charge.

Cost of freight.
The cost of freight is calculated automatically based on the size and weight of your order and based on where your order is being sent. You will be given the opportunity to choose which freight option suits your requirements best and have the chance to review your freight costs before going ahead with your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Wholesome Hub will do its best to despatch your order within 1 business day of receipt. We do offer Express and Regular post and courier services which will determine exactly when your order will arrive.

With Express Post, your order should arrive within 1 – 3 business days depending on your location. With Regular Post, your order should arrive within 1 – 10 days from despatch depending on your location.

Tracking my order.
Once your Wholesome Hub order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Please note, if you have any questions in regards to the delivery of your order we would be happy to assist you. Please send us an email or call our office during business hours.  


Tracking of customer orders is based on your chosen postage option.  Please note that for the International Air Mail option once your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent an email that your order has been dispatched but we are unable to track your order or be responsible to replace or refund you if your order goes missing. If this is a concern please choose either Registered Post or Express Courier International which both provide tracking in most countries.

Delivering to PO Boxes.
Wholesome Hub is able to send your order to a PO Box address using Australia Post’s eParcel service or in some circumstances using Star Tracks courier service; however, this service is not available under the Freight Free offer.
