Buying from Wholesome Hub is easy with our flat Rate Shipping of $9.95 to most places in Australia. We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $99.00.
We do offer International shipping to New Zealand for some products with more products and countries on offer soon. Watch this space, or contact us with your country and delivery address and we can advise the price of shipping.
If you are importing goods into another country, it is your responsibility to be aware that your import regulations and that your goods may attract charges or be delayed by a boarder inspection. Enjoy free shipping offer.
At Wholesome Hub we will send your order to you freight free for orders valued over $99.00. Please note Free Shipping is not available in conjunction with any other promotional code or shipping offers. On the rare occassion it may not be possible for us to send freight free to a Post Office Box, we will ask for a physical address if this is the case.
Wholesome Hub’s free shipping is available to main land Australian destinations only. Delivery will take between 1 – 10 days depending on the courier or postage service Wholesome Hub uses. We do reserve the right to choose either Australia Post or our preferred courier.

Cost of freight.
We now offer a flat rate postage charge of $9.95 for standard delivery on all orders under the $99.00 free shipping order value.
If you want it quick you can choose Express Post by eParcel an Australia Post service, the rates are calculated automatically by eParcel during check out.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Wholesome Hub aims to despatch your order within 1 business day of receipt. On the rare occassion it may take 2 days for your to be dispatched.
Delivery Estimates with Standard Shipping
Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days
Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on the City
Country - This can vary and be from 4 - 10 days depending on your town or rural area
Express Post with eParcel; For Metro area's your order should arrive within 1 – 3 business days from dispatch except Perth and Darwin.
Outside metropolitan areas can take 3 - 5 days for most of Australia.
Please note that we use eParcel and Australia Post does not guarantee next day delivery with it's express service.

Tracking my order.
Once your Wholesome Hub order has been despatched, you will receive an email and tracking number with the service used. You can click on this to track your order.
You will also receive an email when your order is on board for delivery and again once it has been delivered.
International Service - International Air Mail option, once your order is dispatched to you, you will be sent an email that your order has been dispatched but with this service we are unable to track your order or be responsible to replace or refund you if your order goes missing. If this is a concern please choose either Registered Post or Express Courier International which both provide tracking in most countries.

Delivering to PO Boxes.
Wholesome Hub is able to send your order to a PO Box address using Australia Post’s eParcel service. However, this service may not always be available depending on your area. We will contact you for an alternative address if this the case.
